After more than 25 years working in the field of elderly care, and rising to the position of Senior Manager within the Local Authority, Heather thought she wanted a different career path to follow. So she went to university and got a degree in the Management of Health and Safety, which was something she had always wanted to do but had never been afforded the opportunity until then.
Once graduated, and having relished the experience of higher education, Heather found herself gravitating back towards personal care but this time with a difference. And through a chance encounter with a young lady known only as Miss K, Heather became a full time Personal Assistant: And the seeds of Heathers Bespoke Care were cast.
Meet our management team

Heather and Katie
Care Manager Heather and Assistant Manager Katie, with their caring, compassionate and “can do” attitude is what underpins the ethos and values of Heather’s Bespoke Care.
As well as managing the everyday service side of what is required they both support each of the clients. This gives them a deeper knowledge and understanding of what is needed and helps to build solid foundations which the care provision is built on.
